"Stands in Light"- Mary Bailey Glacier National Park

I have always loved this image because of the way the mountain is standing in the light while all the other mountains around are in the shadows. It stands tall, strong and peaceful which is what happens to us all when we choose to stand in our own light. I have thumbed over this image a few times and I always stop revisit it. Many times I have thought to myself, how do I ever capture this so that I can share the beauty that is before me with others, it almost seems impossible, but this one comes close and because standing in our own light is what we all must strive for I feel it is time to release this image. For me it is a gentle reminder to live as the mountains, strong, reaching for light and always present.
